As Project Director, Rojin led the end-to-end delivery of an IIA National Award-winning eco-community. Across sixteen years of independent practice he has built Prakriti Design Build into a name known throughout Kerala for quality of workmanship, honest value, transparency in dealing, and delivery on time. Over a decade living inside one of India’s most celebrated sustainable communities brings a rare, deeply personal understanding to every Prakriti project.
Master of Architecture from the School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi, where his postgraduate thesis on the ecological dimensions of urban design was the first of its kind and judged best in the department. Alumnus of the executive management programme at IIM Ahmedabad. Over 20 years of practice grounded in an ecoresonant approach to architecture and urban design. Winner of the IIA National Award for Excellence in Architecture, UNESCO consultant national-expert for Cochin heritage, and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Urban Design, College of Engineering Trivandrum.
Graduated in Architecture from the University of Kerala with a Gold Medal, and completed her Masters in Landscape Architecture at SPA New Delhi, winning the Narendra Juneja Gold Medal as best student in the department. Her thesis on the cultural landscape of Kuttanad took the TJ Manickam Gold Medal for the best thesis across all departments that year. Winner of the IIA National Award for Excellence in Architecture, with deep expertise in landscape architecture, ecological restoration and biodiversity conservation across India.
