Built from the inside out.
Rojin Titto Cherian has spent over a decade living inside one of India’s most celebrated eco-sensitive communities — experiencing firsthand what makes sustainable living truly work. Not as a visitor. As a resident.
As Project Director, he led the end-to-end delivery of an IIA National Award-winning eco-community — managing design, construction, community, and landscape across every phase.
Across sixteen years of independent practice, he has built Prakriti Design Build into a name known throughout Kerala for quality of workmanship, honest value, transparency in dealing, and delivery on time — project after project.
That lived experience is the foundation of Prakriti. Every project we take on carries that understanding — of what a home feels like when it truly dissolves into nature.
