At Prakriti, we continue the experiments in finding alternatives in building habitable spaces — creating vibrant communities living in unison with nature.
Nature always gives rejuvenation. This is why we consider landscape as an integral part of every design, however small the space may be.
A home should belong to the land it sits on — not just rest upon it. The principles below are how we make sure every Prakriti home does.
We do not treat sustainability as a feature added on at the end of a project. It is the ground every home stands on. From the first conversation with a client, we are already thinking about which way the breeze moves across the site, where the sun rises, what the soil wants, and what the seasons will ask of the home twenty years from now.
This way of working is slower. It involves more conversations, more on-site decisions, and more patience with materials that come from the earth rather than a factory. But it produces homes that feel right — homes that breathe, that hold up, and that age into beauty rather than wear out. The principles below are not novel in themselves. What is rare is the discipline to bring all six to every home, every time, without compromise.
