We design individual residences, group housing, and eco-sensitive communities across South India. Every project starts with a long conversation — about how the land sits, how the family lives, and what the home needs to do over the next thirty years. The drawing comes after.
Sixteen years of building has taught us what it takes to bring a home from drawing to handover — the right craftspersons at the right stage, the right materials at the right time, and the discipline to keep both honest. We undertake end-to-end project management for our own projects and, selectively, for others’.
We work alongside leading financial institutions and coordinate loan processing for clients building with us — paperwork, valuations, disbursal. The introductions and follow-ups happen on our side, so the financial side does not slow down the building.
The materials we use age beautifully when they are looked after. Annual maintenance contracts cover structural, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing work within our communities — handled by the same craftspersons who built the home in the first place.
